General Director of Unico CJSC Elchin Akhundov and Deputy Director for Strategy and Business Development Mirjafar Jafarov participated in the International Summit 2022 called “Going the Extra Mile” organized by ABLOY Helsinki, Finland by special invitation. During the two days of the summit, discussions were held on how to go the extra mile and create a first-class customer experience.
On September 30, 2022, an introductory meeting with architectural companies was held in #Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the meeting, participated representatives of the top #architectural companies of Uzbekistan, “Ozshaharsozlik Liti”, “M-Design”, “Line Architects”, “Best Projects”, “Yangi Hayot Projects”, “Timur Fatkhulin”, “Hvan Design & Architects” “Plan.uz”, “Neostyle Architects”, “Arch Design”.
During the #presentation, the representatives of our company Jamal Aghayev and Eldar Ayvazov informed the guests about our company and activities, as well as about the #services and #products we provide (mechanical equipment, digital access solutions).
The meeting ended with a question and answer session that attracted the special interest of the guests. We #congratulate our team on the occasion of the launch of our company in new markets and wish them success!
Adhering to its tradition, “Unico” CJSC created conditions for young people to take the first steps in their careers this year. As a result, 10 young people had the chance to benefit from the experience program implemented by our company.
Elchin Akhundov, director of our company, met with those interns, informed them about the company’s activity period, main values, development plans and wished the interns success in their career steps.
In the end, the questions of the interns were answered and the work scope and responsibilities were discussed.
In recent days, the “Unico” staff held meetings with the representatives of “ASSA Abloy” and “BI Group” companies.
The main purpose of the meetings was to discuss development cooperation relations and future steps in the international arena.

On May 27, 2022, the Human Resources and Administration Affairs Manager of “Unico” CJSC Kamil Huseynov gave a presentation at the Azerbaijan State Economic University. The presentation was on the “Step into the Future” summer internship Program of “Unico” CJSC. The attendees were mainly final year students and graduates. Afterwards there was a short Q&A session, where students’ gave questions about the company and the internship program. By the end, the students and university representatives expressed their contentment and thankfulness to “Unico” for providing the students with a great opportunity.
