The career development of our interns continue successfully who started the internship program this year.

Our interns, whose names are mentioned below, have successfully completed the internship program and started working in various departments of our company as junior specialists, taking advantage of the acquired knowledge and experience.

Our Company Director held a Meeting with the Interns

Adhering to its tradition, “Unico” CJSC created conditions for young people to take the first steps in their careers this year. As a result, 10 young people had the chance to benefit from the experience program implemented by our company.

Elchin Akhundov, director of our company, met with those interns, informed them about the company’s activity period, main values, development plans and wished the interns success in their career steps.

In the end, the questions of the interns were answered and the work scope and responsibilities were discussed.

Samir Ganiyev – Planning intern
He received his Bachelor’s degree in “Construction Engineering” at Baku Engineering University. He knows Azerbaijani and English languages.

Elmar Khalilov – Procurement intern
He received his bachelor’s degree in “Business Management” from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and a master’s degree in “Business Management” from Anadolu University in Turkey. He knows Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English languages.

Last year “Smart Young Engineer” this year “Step into the future”

This “Summer Internship Program”, which continues successfully since 2021, is designed to help students gain relevant experience in their undergraduate and postgraduate studies during the last summer holidays and to support them in starting their professional careers after completing their studies.

Presentation of “Step into the Future” internship program was held at UNEC

On May 27, 2022, the Human Resources and Administration Affairs Manager of “Unico” CJSC Kamil Huseynov gave a presentation at the Azerbaijan State Economic University. The presentation was on the “Step into the Future” summer internship Program of “Unico” CJSC. The attendees were mainly final year students and graduates. Afterwards there was a short Q&A session, where students’ gave questions about the company and the internship program. By the end, the students and university representatives expressed their contentment and thankfulness to “Unico” for providing the students with a great opportunity.
